Do you sell genuine Starlink kits?+
Yes. We are an authorised Starlink reseller in Kenya. All kits come with the official Starlink hardware, subscription activation support, and a manufacturer warranty.
How do I pay?+
We accept M-Pesa (Lipa Na M-Pesa), Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards, and bank transfers. Payment links are sent after order confirmation.
Do you deliver outside Nairobi?+
Yes, we deliver countrywide via courier. Delivery to major towns takes 1–3 business days. Remote areas may take up to 5 business days.
Can I pick up my order?+

What is your warranty policy?+
All products carry a standard manufacturer warranty. Defective items can be returned within 7 days for a replacement or refund. See our Returns Policy for details.

Can I return a product if I change my mind?+
We accept returns within 7 days if the item is in original, unopened condition. Change-of-mind returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
