Starlink Hub operates as an online retailer of electronics, appliances, and Starlink products in Kenya. All transactions are subject to these terms and applicable Kenyan law.

2. Orders & Pricing

• All prices are displayed in Kenyan Shillings (KSh) and include VAT where applicable.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
• An order is only confirmed once payment has been received and verified.
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of pricing errors or stock unavailability.

3. Payments

We accept M-Pesa, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. All payments are processed securely. We do not store card details on our servers.

4. Delivery

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control. See our Shipping Policy for details.

5. Returns

Returns are accepted under the conditions outlined in our Returns Policy.

6. Warranty

All products carry a manufacturer's warranty. Warranty claims are subject to the individual brand's terms. Contact us for assistance with warranty claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

Starlink Hub shall not be held liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of products purchased from us beyond the value of the purchase price.
